Q: Do you do FFL transfers for online purchases?
A: Yes, the fee is $15 per item or $10 for veterans and 1st responders.
Q: Is there a setup/imaging fee?
A: Yes, imaging that needs vectoring or digitizing is subject to a one-time fee of $30. This fee may be waived based upon volume of items.
Q: Do you ship firearms?
A: Yes, all federal, state and local statutes apply. We WILL NOT ship firearms to states with any sort of "high capacity" magazine ban unless the item meets legal criteria. The buyer is responsible for any shipping cost and transfer at their chosen FFL.
Q: What firearms do you have in stock?
A: All firearms or accessories found on our website reflect our current stock. We do not order "drop-ship" items.
Q: What is your turn-around time for engraving, screen print or embroidery?
A: Our average time is 5-7 days, depending on volume and current orders in our queue.
Q: Can you provide "rush" service?
A: In some cases, yes. Please call to inquire about rushing an order prior to ordering.
Q: Can I buy raffle tickets online?
A: Yes, send us an e-mail with your name and telephone number and we will contact you.
Q: If I have an Ohio Concealed Handgun License, do I have to submit to a NICS background check to complete my firearms purchase?
A: No, if your license is current and valid with the correct information matching your driver's license, you may bypass the NICS check, per Ohio law.
Do you do NFA transfers for online purchases?
Yes, we do! The fee for a NFA transfer is $50 for your first time as we have to build your profile in our system, and then $25 for any transfer afterward. $200 for the tax stamp is due at the time the Form 4 is submitted.
What is your billing and payment policy?
Invoices are marked as "Payment due upon receipt". However, we allow a 72 hour "grace period" to remit payment in any of the forms we accept. After the 72 hour window, the customer will incur a daily late fee of $5.00 added to your total due amount, unless prior arrangements are agreed to.
May I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled without penalty prior to any imaging proof being provided and approved by the customer or firearm being ordered. Orders for embroidery, screen print or engraving are final once you have approved the imaging proof. Firearms, ammunition and accessories are final once ordered from any distributor and any deposits paid are considered forfeited.
Is a deposit required?
All first time customers are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost at time of ordering any customized items and firearms. If you are a repeat customer in good standing, the deposit for these products is waived. Deposits are non-refundable.
